The Practice CDs are intended for those
who have a djembe or some bass drums
but nobody to play with.

They require that you are already familiar with your drum and know the basic playing technique.

Each Practice CD is 70 minutes and contains two different rhythms.

The rhythms on the CDs are made from the sampled sounds of four
djembes, two bass drums and a bell. They have been arranged with
the aid of a computer to attain a clean sound, a fixed tempo and a
very distinct stereo image.

Simple drum notation, designed specially for African drum rhythms,
is enclosed with the rhythms of each Practice CD. You can also look
at - as well as listen to - samples from all Practice CDs on this site!
