This is
where you can find - as well as
contribute to - notation for the drums
of the West African djembe tradition!
The
intention with S.H.A.R.E. is to reflect
the ways various rhythms are played in
different places, situations and times.
I
opened this site by sharing the
notation from my commercial products
and some other notation sources.
Note! Many of the references
on the
rhythm pages have moved to new locations:
R Clark , M
Wall / Cross Reference
,
WAP
, Djembe
Boom , ADR
S.H.A.R.E.
eventually turned into the
Notation
Playback Rhythm Exchange
and is no longer kept updated
- but the rhythms are still there!
